Welcome to the Dental Associates Fairfax office located at 9401 Lee Highway in Fairfax, Virginia. We are just south of Fairfax Circle on Rt 29 Lee Hwy and off I 66 at the Nutley exit. We are directly above the Suntrust bank in Circle Towers. Doctors Sanford Montalto, Michael Wortman, Zachary Leiner, Danny Truvan and Jeffrey Patrician have over 100 years of combined dentistry experience and expertise. The doctors have taken advanced training in Endodontics, Cosmetic Dentistry and Oral Surgery, as well as certifications in Invisalign and Lumineers.
